Why write stories?
We humans do, make stories, I mean. I have since I was a child. Writing them, recording them on a computer came much later. I've told you that story.
What I didn't tell you is that sometimes, maybe often, I write to reveal a way of seeing our world that may be peculiar to me. I think many storymakers tell you about the world your parents and your teachers told you about. I don't believe in that world. The world I see is more sinister, more twisted, but also more fun. I hope you'll think so too.
